Raised in Annapolis and a resident of Old Town Alexandria, Patrick DeLeonibus assists home buyers and sellers specifically with the sale of waterfront, water view, and water privileged properties located in D.C., Virginia, and Maryland along the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries. Patrick covers a 2.5-hour radius from the Washington region and also maintains relationships with specialty firms from coast to coast in order to best serve his client's waterfront needs.

      In 2013 when Patrick DeLeonibus got his start in real estate there was a lack of ingenuity and marketing creative in the Annapolis real estate market where he was born and raised. Patrick decided to move closer to D.C. and learn from the industry leaders on how to properly approach the void. He joined TTR Sotheby's International Realty in early 2016 to further solidify his hold on the changing market. Summer 2017 Patrick started the planning phase to utilize what he learned in the D.C. real estate market and six months later the result of this was the creation of The Waterfront Group. This blended the waterfront lifestyle that Patrick lives with the marketing knowledge and experience he has gained in the industry. The goal was not to specialize and become a geographic expert but to specialize and become an expert advisor in everything waterfront.       With a B.S. in Landscape Architecture and the anticipation of an M.S. in Sustainable Real Estate Development from NYU Patrick is highly qualified when it comes to real estate. He is also still involved with his college fraternity Kappa Alpha Order as an advisor meanwhile serving as Vice President on the Alpha Rho Alumni Corporation board. He is also a Past President of his Rotary Club in Washington D.C. Patrick has a strong commitment to customer care and unparalleled service to his clients.
